TigerLogic provides free installation support for 30 days following the delivery of serial codes on your Omnis Studio SDK. To log an installation support case, please contact your local office using the details for support below.
NOTE: For all technical issues other than installation support, either an annual technical support or active Omnis Developer Partner Program (ODPP) contract is required. ODPP members may access the status of an existing fault in 'eBug', our in-house fault database, and the latest builds of components arising from technical support issues in the Developer Download area.
